Return Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items bought from our store as each item is made to order.

Quality Control

If there is an issue with the quality of the item you purchased (i.e. the print is cracked or faded, the vinyl doesn't play correctly) please contact us at info@gldnmusic.com. Include a description of the problem and pictures, if necessary. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.


Sizing Issues

We cannot accept returns for sizing issues as all measurements will be provided on product pages. 

Order Cancellation

If you feel you have made an error when ordering a product from our store (i.e. the incorrect size, the wrong color), we allow cancellations on any order up until the product is fulfilled. As such, please double check the confirmation email you receive upon payment to ensure that everything looks correct.
